Family with children paradise
We loved waking up every morning to the amazing view of the volcano, it honestly felt like a dream. One night we got to see a mother sloth and her baby right from the hot springs, a sight I will never forget!
It wasn't inexpensive, but considering the experience it was totally acceptable.

We had a fantastic time exploring the lush grounds and relaxing in the hot springs. The breakfast was a hit with everyone, offering plenty of options. Plus, I can’t recommend the massages near the mineral springs highly enough—they were incredible!
My children wished there were more activities for their age group.

All the details, none of the fluff
A haven of tranquility! Immaculate grounds adorned with local wildlife, and a dedicated team ready to assist. The restaurant offers a sizeable breakfast buffet, ensuring everyone starts their day right. Perfectly nestled away from city chaos, it is close to adventure in La Fortuna and relaxing hot springs. Really a delightful experience!

The iced coffee at breakfast was a total game-changer, and the culinary finds around La Fortuna were on point! Plus, the staff was super accommodating by bringing us dinner when we arrived late—talk about a hero move! The location is absolutely stunning for wildlife spotting too.
While the gardens were gorgeous, communication was a major hiccup. We called multiple times, and no one picked up. My email about directions didn't get answered until we were already on our way!

The Premium Ecolodge offers lovely views right outside the window, bringing nature up close and personal. The hot springs stay open until 9 p.m., allowing plenty of time to unwind after a day of exploring.
The morning cleaning of the hot pools could use a serious revamp. It'd be great to have those ready for a dip by 6 a.m. On my second night, the AC decided to throw in the towel, leading to an uncomfortable few hours, though it wasn't sweltering outside. A little table or desk for packing and planning would really elevate the experience too.

The room was a Deluxe Family Room and it felt super comfy! Loved the little coffee machine, such a nice touch. Plus, the view of Arenal Volcano from the room was breathtaking. It was nice to have the hot springs just a step away, really soothing after a long day. The staff was great, super helpful with everything we needed. Only downside was the room had a slightly dated vibe, but honestly, it didn't take away from our stay.

The location offers simply beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of activities. The hot springs area is well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for unwinding after exploring. I particularly enjoyed the garden view from my room, which added to the serene experience.
The dining options could be expanded to include more local cuisine.

This was just an optimal selection for taking strolls in La Fortuna with good value. The waitress at the restaurant was absolutely charming, making our dining experience better. I'd suggest trying the other breakfast options instead of the pastries.

We went canoeing and explored the local waterfalls, both were unforgettable. The hot springs are just perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with awesome coffee and fresh fruit to grab.
Communication before our arrival was frustrating. We called multiple times but never got through. A message I sent about directions was only answered when we were already on our way.
